Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGILLES COSSETTE 1941 - 2006 We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of our father, husband. Gilles died at Seven Oaks Hospital on Friday, April 28, 2006. Gilles leaves to cherish his memory, wife Cecile, son Thomas and grandson Tavin Buskell, daughter Micky (Leonard) and his special foster daughters, Jenny, Valerie and Jamie. The family would like to thank the staff of Seven Oaks Hospital, De Luca's Fine Wines family and friends of Pinaymootang First Nation. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 2 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. Cremation to follow. Flowers gratefully declined. Arrangements entrusted to: VOYAGE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION 220 Hespeler @ Henderson Hwy. 668-3151

The memories people were sharing touched me very much. I am a second cousin of Gilles, from the same town Saint-Narcisse. I was surprised to see a Cossette in Winnipeg, my own daughter Christine was living for a time on Sutton Ave. Gilles' brother Denis died in December, what a loss, he was the sweetest person. If you want to talk about ''généalogie'', just give me a call or email. I will visit my daughter in August, she lives in Ste-Geneviève. Happy Father's Day Dad. This is the day I hate the most with not being able to say those words, Happy Father's Day Dad, to you anymore in person but I do my best to get past this day and think of all the best memories I have with you. Hey dad today is one of those days I hate but at least when you were here it was the best days I enjoyed. Watching everyone fish today sure brought back lots of memories when we use to fish and watch the world go by. Well dad I love ya and miss you.
